Selected project examples to help you judge fit, approach and delivery style

Since 2004, I’ve delivered mechanical engineering design work across hundreds of projects for dozens of end clients.

Most of that experience has involved bespoke and low-volume industrial equipment, mechanical products and fabricated systems for manufacturers, OEMs and contractors. My work spans early definition and concept development, CAD and drawing packages, design verification, FEA and practical substantiation.

The examples below show the kinds of problems I help solve, how I approach them and the kind of outcomes I deliver.

Orbiton vibrating lamella

Orbiton had already proved its acoustic keyboard concept with a working prototype before a series of focused Phase 0 studies and ongoing technical input developed a secure tip-mass and tuning method, profiled lamella geometry and a frequency-correlated parametric model that supported the selection of practical candidates for the next prototype generation.
